Product Availability
The product availability shown for each item is an estimate of how long it will take us to acquire the item after you place an order. This estimate does not include the time required for delivery after the item leaves our warehouse.
Product Availability Terms
Here are the common availability terms you may see on our website and what they mean:
- In Stock: Usually ships the next business day. This means the item is currently available in our warehouse and will be shipped once your order has been processed. This is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume.
- On Order: Usually ships within 4 weeks. The item is not currently in stock, but we expect new inventory to arrive within that timeframe. Your order will be shipped once stock is replenished and processing is complete.
- Out of Stock: Will ship when available. This item is currently unavailable and we cannot provide an exact restock date. We are working with the manufacturer to confirm availability. Orders will be shipped as soon as inventory is restored.
- Pre-Orders: This item is expected to arrive at our warehouse on its official release date. While we do our best to provide accurate dates based on supplier information, these dates are subject to change. This page will be updated with any changes
Please Note: Product availability may change after you complete checkout. Our system retrieves the latest inventory information during the final steps of the checkout process. Therefore, all availability listed on our website is only an estimate and may be updated.

Shipping Cost Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the product type. For an instant estimate, add the desired items to your cart and enter your postal code during checkout.
Delivery Time
Delivery timing depends on stock availability. In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments based on when each item becomes available. If this happens, we’ll ship the available items first at no additional shipping cost. However, your total shipping fee may appear split across multiple invoices.
If you need an item urgently, we recommend placing it in a separate order.
Please allow one additional business day for us to process your order before shipment. We will not charge your credit card until the product has been shipped.
Delivery Areas
We offer global express shipping.
To ensure accurate delivery to PO boxes or rural route addresses, please include a physical street address, highway number, or 911 address when placing your order.
Methods of Delivery
We work with multiple courier services to provide the best shipping option for your location. The courier handling your order will be indicated in the shipping confirmation email.
Please Note: A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, you will receive a notice with instructions for pickup at a nearby distribution center. Valid photo ID is required to claim your package.
Oversized Items
Due to EMS weight restrictions, any item weighing over 30 kg (66 lbs) will be shipped via international couriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or TNT.
Tracking Your Order
You can track the status of your order by logging into your account.
Click My Account at the top right of our homepage and select My Orders to view order details and tracking numbers.

- Purolator, FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT: Visit the respective courier’s website and enter your tracking number.
